Katie and Logan contacted me through a fellow photographer,
asking me to shoot their wedding.
I obviously accepted and had a blast.
This has been my furthest wedding yet,
shot in Hastings, NE with the help of my lovely assistant Caitlin Wetherilt.
We came. We shot. We conquered.
Now sit back and peel your eyes for a love story of epic proportions.
Pre-ceremony courtship is the bestest.
Logan had one of his groomsmen deliver this book to her
just before she was about to see him for the first time.
The emotions were a-flowin.
The groom's mother and some of the bridal party look on as Katie reads.
Ah jeez, why do I always get the pretty people to photograph?
Boom.
The groom and some of his closest (ha!) fellows kept talking about doing "The Stacker".
It was ridiculous. Note the face color of the guy on bottom.
That was definitely not a sunburn.
We had to get pretty creative for the ring shot, but we made it happen.
Pre-wedding prayer.
Groom sees his girl.
Katie surprised Logan by contacting his favorite band Remedy Drive,
and they put together a little video for him.
I love how happy BOTH of them are. Lovely.
Wow Katie this looks so amazing and fun!! Congratulations! You look beautiful as always!!

I really like these pictures! So glad Logan & Katie can have these extremely special and intimate memories captured forever. And, ya... lol I was the guy on the bottom of the stack'em pile.. that one was actually kinda painful lol but totally worth it lol.

Beautiful pics!
ReplyDeleteThat one of my dad is sooooo awesome. The one where Logan and Katie are crying at the piano brought back memories for sure. Great stuff!
